Cecilia Zapata-Larson, Success Coach and Alternative and Complementary Medicine Practitioner created The Enlightened Way out of the growing need for a community service that provides fellowship to individuals who walk or are seeking to walk the enlightened path.

With a holistic focus and other alternative approaches, The Enlightened Way will provide insights, techniques and resources to create a positive lifestyle and core values. Topics, presented by Cecilia and invited guest speakers, will relate to spiritual practice, physical health (includes massage, aromatherapy, reiki, etc.) emotional and mental stress management, feng shui/sacred space and many others.

Offered: Every 3rd Saturdays, 12 noon – 1 p.m.
