Determining necessary garden supplies from unnecessary garden supplies can be a difficult task with the many option available. Depending on what you are planting, how much you are planting and how experienced you are, different supplies will be needed. If you are less experienced it would be wise to speak to a garden specialist at a local garden shop or look up online tips suggestions for particular supplies.

Basic garden supplies include, a shovel, garden gloves, soil, plants, a hose or other type of watering device, tilling tools, seeds, and maybe even a gardening book. Aside from these items you won’t need a whole lot more to start you garden, however there are many more supplies out there that will make gardening easier.

Kneeling benches, tool holder, hose reels, miracle grower, fancy diggers, pot holders, fancy pots and planters, decorative rocks, fertilizers, weed killers and sprays are some of many garden supplies that many gardeners will have, although they may not be absolutely necessary. There are also a number of decorative garden supplies. Which supplies you choose depends mainly on your preferences and how much you will be gardening.
