Cecilia Zapata-Larson is a third generation native healer and began her path as a holistic life coach and traditional women’s wisdom keeper at a very young age. Growing up in a very spiritual and mystical family dynamics, she gives credit to her grandparents especially her maternal grandfather for opening her eyes to the true meaning of what it is to be spiritual. With traditional spiritual healers for grandparents, discovering her life’s work came as a “calling” rather than planned. After several years in the healthcare field and the last 13 years for an internationally acclaimed cancer research center, she has chosen to go into private practice as a life coach and integrate as appropriate some of the holistic techniques taught to her by her grandparents in her practice.

Cecilia is the founder and director of Garden Angels Holistic Center. The Center provides holistic health services such as massage, reiki, aromatherapy and other traditional wisdom approaches to wellness. The Center also provides no cost community services programs such as The Enlightened Way ™ and a bi-weekly Women’s Drumming and Prayer Circle.

And founder of Higher Dimensions, a business coaching training institute that provides ‘Heart-Centered’ business management, systems thinking, development of mission statements and value systems and prosperity training for corporations and entrepreneurs.

Cecilia's mission and vision is Life Coaching with a spiritual foundation -- providing individuals new life skills and tools that will assist them in making a positive life transition with less stress and trauma.

Her program "Life Coaching Inside Out ™" focuses on Whole Person Coaching – developing and maintaining an individualized integrated plan that includes all aspects of the individual (career, goal setting, behavioral, relationships, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual); Traditional women’s wisdom learned from childhood; Holistic approach to spirituality and shamanism for healing work. Assist in building, growing and maintaining a personal community.

Cecilia is currently studying PhD course work in Natural Health. She has a Doctor of Philosophy in Religion, from Universal Life Church, a Minister of Spiritual Studies and Counseling from the National Interfaith Seminary, Masters Degree in Anthropology of Religion, University of Washington.
