WISDOM KEEPERS: WOMEN'S SACRED DRUMMING CIRCLE

Throughout history, women have gathered in a circle to tell stories, express and share dreams as well as lessons learned. Come and join us to create a women's sacred drumming circle - a forum of free expression through drumming, dream sharing, chanting and shamanic journeying. Bring instruments such as drums and rattles, pen and journal. Offered: Every 2nd and 4th Thurs., 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m., Garden Angels Wellness Center, 1009 83rd Ave SE, Everett, WA. Specific dates for 2004 are: Jan. 8th and 22nd, Feb. 12th and 26th, March (Center is Closed), April 8th and 22nd, May 13th and 27th, June 10th , July 8th and 22nd, August (Center is closed), Sept. 9th and 23rd, Oct. 14th and 28th, Nov. 18th, Dec. 11th (Special Holiday Potluck Event – please note that this is on a Saturday).

REIKI I AND II

Learn and practice this ancient art of healing touch. This ancient art of healing works with our body's own energy fields. Use Reiki to heal yourself and others. You will receive a certificate of completion as well as attunements at the end of the class. This class is very interactive. There are three classes offered for 2004: Saturday, Feb. 7thth, April 10th and June 19th: 10:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Cost for the class is $40.00. UNIVERSAL INTENT AND YOU WORKSHOP: MANIFESTING YOUR DESIRES

An intensive weekend workshop utilizing a holistic approach to goal setting and manifesting the life we want. We will work on all aspects of our lives; from careers, relationships, finances, physical health and our spirituality. You will learn and be provided with tools on how to draw in your inherited Power and use it in your daily lives to create and manifest the life you want.

Bring notebook and pen at each class.

The techniques taught in this workshop are created and developed by Cecilia with some concepts drawn from Dr. Michel Abrams “The Twelve Conditions to a Miracle” and Dr. Deepak Chopra “Spontaneous Desire”. This class is intensive and will require attendance for both days.

BASIC CORE SHAMANISM

Learn how shamanism can assist you in your path of spiritual growth and healing. You will learn the basics of shamanic journeying and other tools you can use in your life. Bring drum, rattle, pillow, journal and pen and snack/lunch. This class is very interactive. May 3rd: 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Cost for the class is $40.00. SUMMER SOLSTICE WOMEN’S RETREAT, JUNE 18-20, 2004, BLUE MOUNTAIN FARM RETREAT CENTER, MAPLE FALLS, WASHINGTON

Join fellow Wisdomkeepers with the tradition of celebration, ritual and ceremonies to honor Mother Earth during the Summer Solstice weekend – June 18-20, 2004. The retreat will be held at the Blue Mountain Farm Retreat Center in Maple Falls, Washington. There will be drumming, chanting, ceremony, workshop and time to go on nature walks, read and relax. Cost is $200.00 per person (includes 2 nights accommodations, all your meals (vegetarian and seafood) and special program workshops (donations encouraged for the facilitators).
